RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! (Due to COVID -19 All sales are final until further notice !!!!

Any missing items or damage must be reported in 48 hours , No exceptions 

Items must be sent back to Pretty Miracle 27 within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit.

EXCHANGES

At Pretty Miracle 27, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities.Client will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).We will issue you a store credit as form of a code once we’ve received your return, you may use the credit code towards the correct item/size or for another item.If any purchased is made with any code the sale is Final sale no exceptions .

Non-Returnable, No Exceptions

We have a health code laws that do not allow returns on swimwear, bodysuits and intimate apparel.

All On-Sale are non-returnable.

SIZE CHART

we do not provide specific size chart ,we carry items from multiple vendors it would make it confusing for customers to provide multiple size chart ,For item description please read their description provided on description box. Customer can also chat with us for additional questions.

 Prettymiracle27 is not responsible for returns until they reach our Office . Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Prettymiracle27 will not issue store credit for your returns.
